PCR Students Highlighted for National School Choice Week

National School Choice Week (NSCW) is being celebrated around the country during the week of January 22nd. The goal of NSCW is to raise public awareness of all types of education options for students. 
Providence Cristo Rey High School senior, Kristina McKinley, spoke with WTHR Channel 13 News about how school choice has impacted her life. She cited dual credit opportunities, small class sizes, and the Corporate Work Study program as her main reasons for choosing Providence Cristo Rey. 
PCRHS senior, Amareca Williams-Bradley, and sophomore, Iyonna Brooks, spoke to Indiana legislators about how school choice has positively affected their lives. Amareca and Iyonna both shared that when it was time to choose a high school, they looked for a school that was focused on helping students succeed academically and are happy they found Providence Cristo Rey.
