On The Job Learning

From Freshmen to Senior year, PCRHS students tell their friends: "Guess where I work?" The answers are all varied but they all are recognizable companies.
A typical senior earns nearly 1,000 hours of on-the-job training. Skills acquired include business communication, technology, time management, professionalism and study skills.
The Cristo Rey Model has been recognized by leaders in government and industry as a model for innovative education that results in college-ready/career-ready graduates.

At Providence Cristo Rey, we believe students should begin thinking about career paths when they are in Middle School. As part of our introduction to Middle School Students, we provide VIP "Career Exploration Days" when students get a behind-the-scenes look at our Corporate Work Study Partner sites. Thanks to the Indiana Blood Center and Berkshire Hathaway for hosting two recent tours for future Wolves!
