As a partnering company you may contract with the school’s Corporate Work Study Program to fill one full-time entry level job in your office. The fee is an amount less than employing a single full-time worker or contractor. Since students are employees of the Work Study program, not the partnering company, this program frees up your company’s resources. The program processes all HR paperwork for the students including payroll, W-4, I-9, Workers’ Compensation, FICA, and FUTA forms. A partnering company gains reliable, high-performance employees who are screened, trained, and transported to and from your site by the school.
